1. Software products

All ownership and intellectual property rights of the content accessible through the use of this "software product" belong to the respective content owners and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This Agreement does not grant you the right to use these contents.
SwiftVid Video shall not be liable for any service delays or malfunctions directly or indirectly caused by natural factors, force majeure, or uncontrollable reasons. These factors include, but are not limited to, network failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunications equipment failures, other equipment failures, power outages, strikes, labor disputes, riots, uprisings, civil disputes, labor or material shortages, fires, floods, storms, explosions, natural disasters, wars, government actions, domestic or foreign court or court orders, third-party sabotage, and insufficient or changing heating, lighting, or air conditioning environments. SwiftVid Video does not promise to permanently retain the programs provided by the current client and website products, and has the right to make changes according to operational needs.
1.10 If you fail to comply with any of the terms of this Agreement, SwiftVid Video Company has the right to immediately terminate this Agreement and reserves the right to pursue legal action for liability.
2. User guarantee
The copyright holder of this software, SwiftVid Video, hereby declares that they do not provide any guarantees regarding the use of this software product. The copyright holder does not guarantee the applicability of this software product to any user, nor does it guarantee the absence of any malfunctions; We are not responsible for any theoretical or actual losses incurred by any user using this software. The use of this software product is at the user's own risk, and within the maximum scope permitted by applicable laws, SwiftVid Video shall not be liable for any special, accidental, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this software product under any circumstances. Even if informed in advance of the possibility of such damage occurring.

2.3 Users or SwiftVid videos may interrupt the service at any time according to the actual situation. SwiftVid Video has the right to unilaterally terminate the provision of one or more services to users without notice; Users have the right to unilaterally terminate the acceptance of SwiftVid video services without notice. After the end of the user service, the user's right to use SwiftVid video service shall immediately terminate.
2.4 All notifications to users can be sent via email, regular mail, or prominently posted on the website.
